CBX 250 - Twister não gera carga.

Boa noite família. Estou com um problema na minha twister 2008. Não está gerando carga,já foi trocado:

• Regulador de voltagem • Bateria ?
• Verificado chicote completo
• Estator
• Desligado iluminação completa e painel

E mesmo assim a energia gerada é de 12,37v somente.
Alguém já passou por isso? O que mais pode ser?
