Okay so my 2018 Attrage has been my daily driver for almost four years now and it's been incredibly economical and reliable, never given me any major grief. But over the last couple of months I've noticed this weird shuddering sensation when I'm accelerating gently from a stop, like between 10 to 30 kmph, and it feels almost like the CVT is hesitating or slipping slightly. I've done some reading and apparently CVT issues aren't uncommon on these cars if the fluid hasn't been changed regularly, but the thing is I'm pretty diligent with my service schedule and had the transmission fluid replaced at 60k like the manual said. So I'm a bit stumped honestly, could be a valve body issue or maybe even just a software glitch that needs a reset. I was considering going back to the dealer but their service costs are frankly eye-watering for a car like this, and I've heard some independent places in Al Quoz are actually better equipped to handle these specific CVT problems. Stumbled across 800Sayara's website while searching for options and they seem to focus on diagnostics which might be what I need before throwing parts at the problem. I'd really love to find Mitsubishi repairs in Al Quoz from a premium garage that has the proper diagnostic tools and experience with these JATCO units, because I don't want to end up paying for a full transmission rebuild if it's just something simple that needs recalibration.
